About

I come from a small town situated on the outskirts of Mumbai. Since I wished to pursue architecture, I got the opportunity to do so at Rizvi College of Architecture. During my academic career, apart from academics, I was thoroughly involved in extra - curricular activities. I was an active participant and organizer of International Conference for Humane Habitat. Was core design team member, core graphics team member for various competitions which were held at National Level. After my completion I got the opportunity to work with extremely experienced and very well know contemporary architect, Ar.Sen Kapadia and was involved in Phase II design and execution of National Institute of Design, Gandhinagar. I also got the chance to work with Studio for Environment & Architecture on a Mixed-use Development Project for two years. I was the lead for the High-Income Group Housing. This project gave me the liberty to conceptualize my ideas and the strict policies shaped my ideas and moulded them into a practical design. I was the lead for the High-Income Group Housing. I now strongly aspire to learn in depth and broaden my horizons in the field of architecture and environment, because I feel that architecture and environment together can contribute in making ecologically sensitive architecture and also fulfil the needs of the community with keeping in mind the local context.
